Jared has been a personal trainer for 12 years, but has been devoted to physical fitness since he was young. His love for basketball fueled his desire to be the best athlete he could be, and so he became conscious of his training and eating habits. His objective in starting this gym was to give his clients the same urge to reach their goals as best they can regarding weight loss, strength training, and a healthy way of living.
Candy has been a personal trainer since 2010. She is a graduate of Westfield State College receiving her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health and Fitness. Her ambition is to help her clients achieve their fitness goals no matter how big or small they may be. Candy’s interests include nutrition, meal planning, running and working out.
