Warm Up
We warm up the body by gradually increasing the heart rate using water rowers and upright bikes. These aresafe, low impact and very effective pieces of equipment for warming up the body and increasing cardiovascular endurance. Our warm ups are very important as they increase blood flow to the muscles and loosen the joints, helping to increase performance while reducing risk of injury and muscle stiffness.
Strength Training
We strength train because women are strong! We have hand weights, squat racks and barbells for the best strength workouts! Strength training has many benefits that include: building lean muscle, increasing bone strength, boosting energy, keeping weight off, burning calories and developing better body mechanics.
Endurance
We engage in endurance training to increase our clients’ ability to perform daily activities, reduce the risk of injury and maintain a healthy body weight. We combine resistance training and full body movements to improve stamina. We have cable machines, various height boxes, and TRX suspension, along with other equipment to make sure our clients are getting the best endurance conditioning available.

HIIT Cardio & Abs
We get you that after burn! High Intensity Interval Training is alternating between intense exercise followed by a recovery period. Any level from beginner to advance can take part in HIIT. We combine cardio and abs with HIIT to burn fat, increase cardiovascular endurance and burn calories in the most efficient way. We have standing punching bags, jump ropes, battle ropes, ab mats and a lot of other great exercises
Stretching & Flexability
We keep muscles flexible, strong, and healthy to reduce the risk of injury and help with overall body posture. We have bands, foam rollers, pvc pipes and other great pieces of equipment to give our clients a much needed stretch after each workout.
