Jared Callanan, Trainer / Owner
Jared has been a personal trainer for most of his adult life but has been devoted to physical fitness since he was young. His love for basketball fueled his desire to be the best athlete he could be, and so he became conscious of his training and eating habits. His objective in starting this gym was to give his clients the same urge to reach their goals as best they can regarding weight loss, strength training, and a healthy way of living.
This is not our job, this is our passion.
We are certified personal trainers, with expertise in weight loss, physical fitness, and the dedication to maintaining excellent health.
Nutrition, including clean eating, work hand in hand with physical fitness. We are devoted to this combination of exercise and nutrition to improve your eating habits and overall health.
